The last 5 years of business we moved into Business Process Management (BPM solutions), Property Management Systems (PMS), Bar Code solutions, POS systems, RFID systems and surveillance systems; some of these relationships were successful others weren�t. The moved to those systems weaken our core to some extent and shifted what our mission statement tries to capture.

At H2 software Inc. we DEVELOP (our own and in-house) software solutions, that addresses challenges faced by our clients, with the ultimate goal of significantly improving productivity and giving them that competitive advantage.

As of Today August 22, 2010, H2 Software Inc. charts a new course, relieving itself of 95% of our third party solutions and returning to our core and passion. That is developing our solutions in-house with our group of talented and passionate with a keen sense of excellence team of software engineers, business development officers, sales and marketing officers, our office staff and field technicians. We have some of the most brilliant minds in the business today. This new shift will bring their respective talents to bear on every project that we undertake.

Further, H2 Software Inc. has sought a partner to strengthen our market presence with our merger effected over the last week, our companies (H2 Software Inc and Glacegrafix Inc) are now one entity under the trade name K&H Business Solutions Inc. Both companies maintain their respective names in the market and will operate accordingly.

No that our merger has been completed, and though H2 Software Inc. remains as an entity and continues to deliver our solutions to our clients, we will be trading under the name K&H Business Solutions Inc.
